Hi, I ordered a replacement phone on 9-13-2018 and paid through pay pal. Thought it would take maybe 3 days since I ordered items before and USPS always delivers in about 3 days. Went to look at the tracking after a couple of days and noticed it was FedEx who was the carrier and the estimated delivery date was 9-21-2018 LOL. That's more than a week to go from NJ to FL LOL. Is this a joke? So the 21st comes around no package and their tracking still says on time. Then today I go to update the tracking and it says package is in Orlando and it will take another 4 DAYS to go just 80 miles to where I live. Really? That's so embarrassing for FedEx I don't even know what to say. LOL So it will be nearly 2 weeks to go from NJ to FL, if it arrives when they say. Is that a new across the country service FedEx is doing? "Ship with FedEx and get our speedy two week delivery across the county!" (w a small disclaimer maybe in two weeks) LOL What a joke it would have arrived here sooner on the back of a camel. I will now be WO a phone for over 2 weeks thanks to FedEx. Don't use words like guarantee when you have no intention of doing so. There was no explanation and no inclement weather and the seller was 30 miles from where I live. Anyone want to bet I will have it tomorrow??? I love how the customers are penalized for their complete incompetence.

I was expecting a package to be delivered at noon on a Friday. I was catching a 2:30 train for a family reunion / vacation and was vigilantly waiting for the delivery. Imagine my surprise when I refreshed the tracking number to discover that a delivery had been attempted - at noon - and since no one was home, a second attempt would happen on Monday. They never rang the bell, just left a tag saying no one was home. I'm guessing the driver figured I wouldn't be there since it was noon on a Friday.

FedEx customer service is a joke - everyone is sorry and understanding of your situation and yet no one is capable of doing anything to fix the problem. They have no way of communicating with drivers and/or FedEx locations? Hi, its 2018. You don't have a way of calling the driver or reaching the branches? The package was finally delivered at 10p and, due to their negligence, I missed the first day of family vacation. I hope you go out of business.

Called their call center, because you cant get a number for the local office, nobody knows why.
Opened a claim. No one called me back like I was promised.
Called again. Went on hold again, call center called the local office. Was told they were guaranteeing deliver by COB.
Still haven't gotten squat. Vendor has fmrwfunded my shipping already, and knows I won't ever use a vendorthat does fedex. Going to be initiating a RTS tomorrow. I would rather go to a Rio off tire shop than deal with these stupid f%@ks.

We send UPS in a frikin box of our own and print our own label, apply the label, seal the box, check that we need a pickup and wallah - it ships.

Need help with a question? call a third world country because that's where their help desk people are; good luck with their english.

Called at 9pm - operator says, she can’t figure out why they didn’t deliver. Driver is now done his shift. Great.

You don’t get this kind of service from UPS, they will regimented company UPS is, And says one thing about FedEx lack of regiment in their company about the bottom line not customer service they could care less you get your package when your schedule to receive it. I had to call and they offered me to go pick it up over 1 hr drive away in another province. I am like Return to sender I will get it shipped some other way, they then say they can ship it closer. The pick up is a 5 min drive away. Should have got it Wednesday but now have to wait until Monday for the pick up. Why they could not drop it off Friday when they are supposed to do a 3rd attempt and the pickup is 5 mins away is beyond me. Next day delivery has become next week delivery. Thanks

FedEx location is within a mile or two from my house. Package entered fedex facility/transit Wednesday at around 2:00PM, and arrived in my town at around 10:00AM Friday. I ordered the “FedEx Three Day Express Saver” so it completely baffles me it wasn’t able to deliver at the end of the Friday business day, which would in total clock out the third business day. However, I have to wait an additional 3 days because it isn’t due for delivery and I guess they prioritize home deliveries on Saturdays over people who paid extra. Thanks FedEx!

I have been waiting for 4 months to be the $100 insurance claim I paid for on a lost package. I have held on the phone, filled out forms been on hold for over 35 minutes, filled out forms, filled then out again and still told my claim was denied . It was never recd and stayed in Wilmington
CT for weeks.. I am so frustrated about the waste of time and money. I cannot get thru to the Customer Advocate dept.....they do not seem to know which Michael I talked to. I suggested they read notes on my file and they had not thought of that.

Virtually every time Fedex "delivers" to this house, we get a note saying they tried but we were not home. I am retired and at home. My daughter works out of the house, always home. Son-in-law works nights, home during the day. There are always cars in the driveway and signs that it is OBVIOUS that folks are home. Last week I got yet another "you weren't home" note on the door. Called Fedex. They told me that it had BEEN DELIVERED AND SOMEONE WAS HOME. I said, "Well, gee whiz. Why then is it that we don't have the item and I have this note on my door?" I was again told it had been delivered. Realizing that there was no way I could deal with this idiotic form of "logic" I hung up. Called the place I bought it from and explained. They said they would mail another right out. Went to door yesterday (I was home all day, long with three other folks) and there it was...you got it!....another "we tried to deliver but you weren't home" note on the door. So, exasperated, I called the company I purchased the item from. They suggested I call Fedex to get the name/address of a drop-off spot where Fedex leaves stuff and customers pick it up. I did so. They told me they would send it to the "nearest drop off spot to me". Wanna know where that is? It is 11 miles away. 11. I am about to leave to drive my car, on my own gas bill, 11 miles away to pick up something Fedex should have delivered over a week ago. Funny folks, it really is. We have UPS in town and I never, ever, had this problem with them. I wonder what the difference is between these two companies. Let's see. Could it be actually caring about the customer? Could it be training in professionalism and best practices? Could it be employee selection? Or more?

It's all those, and more. Each time I need a package delivered I pray it's going to be either USPS or UPS. Unless there is NO other way, I no longer purchase from companies using Fedex.

9/11 – status changed to ‘Damaged, handling per shipping instructions’, will deliver next day.
9/13 – 4:15 Fedex truck pulls into our driveway while we watch and then leaves two minutes later without coming to our door. I walk outside as he is leaving. He stops, looks at me, and then drives on. Still no package.

So my package was to be shipped from GRAND PRAIRIE, TX to Sugar Land, TX - driving distance at the most 6 hrs!! It went all the way to California and after doing rounds through a few cities there, went through Tucson, AZ into TX via Van Horn. Don't know why it couldn't continue on I10 and come through San Antonio to Houston. Instead it went to Benbrook, TX, then to Mesquite, TX. GRAND PRAIRIE, TX(start) and Mesquite, TX(todays location) are just 30 mins away. It is now sitting in Mesquite. Start of shipping was on 9/6/2018 and as of today - 9/11/2018, it is in Mesquite, TX - appr. 30 mins driving distance away.

I understand shipping costs need to be minimized for profits but I wonder what logistics' algorithms are used to come with these routes and timings!! Doesn't anybody revisit, validate and improvise on these?

The guy came at 7:45 am when the door was closed! No knock on the door, he just left. Harbor Freight has a contract with Fedex so no other options. I cancelled my order.

A few of the drivers don’t even bother to drive up and choose to just leave packages on top of rural mail boxes, weather be damned. What is the matter with these drivers and management, what are they doing with the online profiles? Spent hours on the phone trying to get some help to get this practice stopped. I get a lot of home deliveries and never have issues with UPS. They get it right every time. Eddie Bauer has a contract with Fed Ex. I love their product but will stop shopping with them because of their lousy delivery service with Fed Ex. Fed Ex when it absolutely positively has to get there at some time and who at Fed Ex cares what condition. Thanks for letting me vent.

Just ordered 2 things on Amazon. Both said shipped. One is coming via USPS will be here next day. The other says FedEx, wont be here for 3 days.
2 weeks ago I ordered from another company. Paid extra for over night. This was on a Wednesday. Next day shipper gave me tracking number. Checked with FedEx tracking and it said in transit. By Friday and still no package I checked again, still in transit but no other info then that. I looked again come Monday morning and it said out for delivery but never showed. Now I'm pissed so I called FedEx Tuesday,, asked why wasn't it delivered? Lady said it wasn't scheduled to be delivered on Monday. What?? WTF? Next day air lady!!! It was on the truck but you don't bother to go ahead and deliver??? She says, we don't show pick up till Friday at 8pm so that's why it wasn't delivered Monday.. I said, I don't know where the f%@k you went to school lady but where I went, that's not next day even if it was Friday.

I had an international shipment sent to me through FedEx. These bastards made ONE delivery attempt, and left a "Redirect" notice on my door. Because I missed their one delivery attempt I had to spend an hour of my time driving to the other side of town to pick of this one silly package. Not only that, they required not only the door tag but photo ID to pick up the package, so I could not send an employee, but had to personally retrieve the package. I have a home business and receive 10 to 30 packages a day, and this is a TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE waste of my time! I have no idea how these bastards get away with running such a shoddy flim-flam operation.

FedEx driver claimed to have attempted delivery 4 times today for an Amazon order. I’ve been home all day and no one ever came to door and never once was a door tag left. They even have my phone...

FedEx driver claimed to have attempted delivery 4 times today for an Amazon order. I’ve been home all day and no one ever came to door and never once was a door tag left. They even have my phone number and gate code (which is part of my Amazon delivery profile) and no attempt to contact me was ever made.

When trying to call FedEx was on hold for over 30 minutes just to speak to a representative. Only information customer service had was that reason for missed delivery was ‘customer control’. Which could mean they didn’t have gate code. Why they choose to use cryptic reasons, instead of plain language - like did not have gate code, speaks volumes for how poorly this business is run.

Curiously delivery attempts were all made at similar times today:

Fedex customer support claims item was delivered to the address on bill of lading. and they refuse to show me proof of delivery or who the driver was. I even challenged them to educate me on how to track a FedEx package. gave them tracking number. Sent Screen shots of what I get when I try top track. as far as they are concerned the case is closed because their records show it was delivered, but I still don't have my package and tracking number shows otherwise.
I avoid FedEx anytime I can.
Even UPS will deliver a package up to 2 days early if they can. FedEx will hold it in a warehouse because it's not scheduled to be delivered until three days later. Bunch of morons!

Except there's nowhere to send it from. There aren't any drop boxes anywhere near, and they're all Express service only -- and the package wouldn't fit anyway. The nearest physical "store" location is a Walgreens an hour away. I checked around with local businesses to see if I can just get this stupid prepaid box thrown on a damn truck, but nobody wants to f%@k with FedEx. I can arrange for a pick-up, but nobody ever shows up -- just like every other time I've tried.

I could ship it UPS without a problem, but then I'd be paying for shipping twice because of the useless damn FedEx ticket pending on this box, and the fact that I can't expect the retard that can't measure shit to not charge me for the ticket if I don't use it.

First, they sent it back to the shipping end, back across the country, and when it arrived it was COMPLETELY destroyed, much worse then before. Of course they also denied my claim. It appears they didn't even open the box and just said that "There was no damage to the exterior of the carton" even though there was a very large dent on one corner. Today, they refused to deliver a package because the package did not say "leave the package". It did not require a signature, but apparently now it must say "leave it".

I don't have these problems with other carriers. I would love to never get a Fed Ex- delivered package again.

The tracking showed that the package was delivered in the morning and left by a door. The receiver said they never received the overnight envelope. Several phone calls later FedEx admitted that for some unknown reason the driver Googled the company name and delivered the package to the wrong company at a different address. I requested FedEx contact the company at the misdelivered address to confirm that they don't open the envelope containing proprietary information and immediately send someone to pick up the misdelivered envelope and deliver to the correct company as clearly printed on the Airbill. The FedEx rep said they couldn't reach the company by phone where the overnight envelope was misdelivered and would "schedule" a pickup. After not hearing back from FedEx I contacted them again and after speaking with several FedEx representatives I was told that a driver returned to the location and there was NO envelope! I contacted the company where FedEx said the Express Overnight envelope was left and confirmed they had it and made arrangements for my client to personally go there and promptly retrieve it. I never received any further communication from Federal Express via phone or email. I have lost confidence in Federal Express which was what was once considered the premier standard in shipping companies. My company will no longer be using Federal Express for important deliveries.

Now Walgreens says they don't have it. 2 nights in a row I have contacted FedEx and they keep saying they'll call me back and they don't. Now it's Sunday and there is nothing I can do over the weekend. They originally tried to deliver it LAST WEDNESDAY! And we have all been out of our medicine!! I could not change the delivery option. Ended up getting the shipper to request it to be held. Their manage delivery system is a joke and waste of time. The package was at the facility but still showed in transit on tracking since the previous day. The next package was supposed to be delivered by end of day 8-2, then changed to end of day 8-3, now there is no date. Every time Fedex is involved there is an issue with a delivery. I have already had 2 packages delayed due to them trying to tell me that my address was either wrong or didn't exist. Had items delivered to wrong address. multiple times. One time it was correct address but wrong street, guess they figured its close enough. UPS and USPS seem to find it every time. Absolutely the worst Fed Ex store is in Chicago at Clybourn Store GYYKC. After half an hour waiting in line for an important delivery to be made (so I couldn't turn around and leave) I was told to sit at the computer and make up my own account because they were so busy. After doing so, like a fool, the computer did not print up my label and the computer crashed. I then had to be jerked around for another 20 minutes while the ONE person working in the store ended up starting an account for me. All just to mail one package. They never signed me up for notifications when I asked for them, and when I called customer service I was cut off repeatedly until I had to ask her to stop interrupting me. I asked to receive notifications and she told me to do it online. I will never step inside this store on Clybourn in Chicago again even if there were a pack of ravenous wolverines chasing me and the only thing that would stop them would be me running into the store to use their incredibly inept services.

Driver sneaks up to stoop where he can't be seen and drops the package so quietly, I don't know it is there so I can complain directly to him. Never rings the doorbell to let me know it has come. I complain to the worthless customer service who tells me that, despite being told the package would come earlier in the afternoon, they deliver until 8 pm. Huh? It came at 9 pm.

The reason this company stinks is that the drivers own their own vehicles and try to do it in whatever way they will earn the most. They are independent contractors with no health benefit or retirement. And apparently all of the people who work there have a don't care about anything attitude, as witnessed by damaged boxes.

For a while I was getting medical shipments that were supposed to come by 10:30 a.m. One came closer to 4 pm. These come with cold packs because they are perishable, which ought to be a signal to the driver that late shipments are trouble for the customer.

I hate the uncaring attitude of this company. It is reflected in the way they treat the people who work for them, and those people pass it on to the customers. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do because the companies I order from decide who will ship them. Cheaper Fedex, worse service, the only one that suffers here is the customer.

Package scheduled for delivery today 8/1 with Signature Required. I knew I couldn’t be there due to work so called ahead on July 31st to arrange it to be dropped off at my leasing office. The driver ignored this request and went to my door instead and made a delivery exception. I got the tracking update and immediately called FedEx to inquire. I was t9ld it was obviously a mistake and they would send the driver back and give me a call to confirm the change within the hour. After an hour and thirty minutes without a call I called again. No explanation, and I wouldn’t be getting my package that day. I guess I’ll take off work tomorrow to be sure (watch him actually take it to the office tomorrow).

Called FEDX and they explained that the package was delivered. I explained to them it was not. Then the guy tells me it would take 48 hours for them to look into this. (They never did)

3 days later someone from a different area of town showed with 2 packages that she found on her door step.

I called these FEDX DILLWEEDS back with the case number I was given and explained to them what happened. The girl said well the package still shows delivered. DUUUH!

Scheduled delivery was on this past Tuesday so I planned ahead and rescheduled the delivery to the following Saturday morning when I would be home. This cost me approximately $10 to request. The website updated to show scheduled delivery on Saturday, and I received a call from the hub to confirm the request and delivery date. After 1pm on Saturday and the package still not delivered, I called the hub back to inquire about the delivery (I looked back at my caller ID to obtain the number). After a few minutes on the phone with the lady that answered, she informs me the package never went out for delivery, and now I must wait until Tuesday when they deliver next. I ask about sending it out now so I can still receive it today, her response is it will be too late for a driver to deliver it today and the only solution is to delivery next Tuesday. So, I call the FEDEX Customer Service number (about an hour later) and request a refund for the $10 I paid for the scheduled Saturday delivery. This guy tells me the package is scheduled for this upcoming Tuesday and I'll have to wait until the package is delivered before I can request a refund. His system doesn't show anything where today (Saturday) was scheduled for the delivery. (an email sent by Fedex Home states otherwise) Can you say something tells me I'm out the $10 (it's not much $$ but it's the principal) and my plans for using the item has just been postponed. On 6/20, they delivered a package from Home Bistro to 8000 address in the front of our complex - the driver returned to search for package, then saw us find it on the porch of this other address and case closed. Who knows who has this package in this neighborhood? I filed a claim and am demanding this person, if same person, be fired and immediate reimbursement. Called fed ex immediately and they were sending the driver back over to our neighborhood to see where it may be left - we went ourselves looking and found it - fed ex driver happened to pull in and asked if it was us about the package, gave a thumbs up and then left. 6 streets in our neighborhood - this guy can't read a street sign! Today I call because package says was delivered and we don't have it. I was sitting home at the day/time of delivery! I had no control how these both shipments were sent, but you can't bet I will NEVER use fed ex. UPS is the only carrier I have never had issue with.

Its day F****ing Sunday now and my tracking number has not been updated and fedex customer service has told me for the past three days now they cant find it in the system and that my tracking number is incorrect after I showed them them a picture of the tracking number and address. They just told me to wait or that I told them the wrong number. absolutely terrible service and rude.

Took 7 days for FedEx to get a package to Missouri from California. Once in Missouri they changed (as of now) the estimated delivery date twice. I stayed home both times waiting. The second time, the driver lied about trying to deliver. He said no one was home. I saw the truck drive by a side street. He never came to my address. Now these clowns have pushed the deliver date up 2 more business days. I tried talking to one of their customer service reps in Rolla, Missouri. English wasn't his first language. He was barely legible and couldn't do anything,naturally. I've never had a delivery problem with UPS or USPS. Totally FedUp. I'll never use these incompetent monkeys again.

This one time while living in Smyrna, TN I had a package coming in from California. By this time I was already dubious at best with FedEx but surprise surprise it got the DC in Murfreesboro 3 days prior to delivery. I thought wow that was pretty fast even for FedEx. However, my scheduled delivery date hadn't changed and I called FedEx to see what was up and they said they weren't allowed to deliver it early. Much arguing and cursing at the supervisor, because he copped an attitude, later nothing happened. I say nothing but what in fact happened was that my package wasn't delivered until the following day after my original scheduled date.

Currently waiting on a package that was picked up in Pacoima on monday, went to City of Industry on tuesday, then to Chino on Wednesday , then back to LA proper today (Thursday ) scheduled delivery has also changed from being delivered on the 26th to the 27th. *Picard Facepalm*

The best she could do is open an investigation, and tell me to wait 24 to 72 hours for an update. I’m beyond frustrated with their attitude of indifference. I have no idea what to expect regarding this missing package. I am also wondering if the person at the incorrect address will even bother to make the effort to come by and drop off the package. I bought something on ebay that was in the same state I am in so I could have it delivered in less than 3 days. My package started in Wayne, NJ 2 hrs 25 minutes north of me in South Jersey. It was then put on the wrong truck and sent to Gardenia, CALIFORNIA!!!! then held up for almost a week in a bin until I finally called. No tracking information was ever available except that it was in Gardenia, CA, no delivery date was ever given--just says pending... what is pending is the fact that Fed Ex NEVER EVER does anything correctly. They destroy my packages, show up after 6pm and the driver is always on the phone, talking loudly and he throws my packages onto a concrete pad.
They are simply put the WORST delivery service ON THE PLANET PERIOD. I will NEVER use them again--and if someone I buy from uses fed ex they will either use UPS or USPS or I will go elsewhere.

FedEx is hands down, without question, the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. For five years now, their delivery drivers (which change constantly -- high turnover rate) have been misdelivering packages. They've been leaving them in various places on our property (which is a business--with signs at the entrance to our property indicating exactly where the office is), including out front of rental cottages, the woodshed, by the dumpster, and even right beside of the gate itself. RARELY do they actually bring packages to the office. Today I was expecting an important package which needed a signature. I logged into tracking at 1:23pm, only to see they had "attempted delivery" at 1:10pm but "nobody was present." I've been sitting in the office literally all morning, watching for them. So by "attempted delivery" they mean "unattempted." I called to complain, as I have dozens of times over the past five years. I was told they could not re-route the driver back to me because "he is already out of the area" (13 minutes after the "attempt")

I hate FedEx. The person on the phone was polite, as they have been each of the dozens of calls I've made. I was told after a lengthy rant that they will try to get it delivered later today. I hope they do deliver it today, since this is 100% the drivers fault for not giving a damn about doing his job correctly. But even if they do correct this nonsense by delivering it today, this review is well-merited, based upon countless misdelivered packages and dozens of calls that ultimately went nowhere.

Use UPS when possible. They're bad, too - but in this area, in my experience? They're better than FedEx.

I took the day off work - I put a note on the door knock or ring bell, I left my vertical blinds open and sat on the freaking couch waiting, ..... this is what I get! .... "Customer Not Available or Business Closed
Recommended action: Delivery will be re-attempted the next business day."
I can assure you all, that is HOGWASH!!

I waited all day and took the day off so I could sign for it - the A - hole made NO attempt to deliver - didn't leave a door tag so there was no attempt. I sure as hell was here at 4;15!!! I called FedEx - they were "gee we're sorry, they will deliver again tomorrow... I said I won't be home!! How about Friday? I WON'T BE HOME! I f'ing have a f'ing day job! Well we can hold it at a pickup center - I said, I did that for my last delivery a couple of weeks ago!!! that was strike one! I did that for my last FedEx delivery that WASN'T delivered!! I am not driving all over because your driver made NO attempt to deliver! - I finally got a sup with FedEx, and she said what time will you be home tomorrow? Blocked driveway - so can't get in our out without moving the boxes. They were in view of the road and neighbors - so a big strong guy with a truck could have come by and stolen items. UPS AND USPS and private delivery people from Amazon ALL COME DOWN THE DRIVEWAY! They all leave packages at our front door - or for heavy stuff by our garage door - both easily accessible down the long driveway. Plenty of room to turn vehicles around.

I called FedEx to confirm their delivery date and work out alternative delivery / pick-up options. Since the package was just going to sit overnight at one of their facilities, I first offered just to go and pick it up. The operation said no but gave no explanation as to why. When pressed, he just kept saying "the package will be delivered tomorrow (07.03) between 11 am and 4 pm. I then suggested they just drop it off at their own FedEx Copy and Print offices. He said "No. You have to first to contact the shipper and have them authorize it." I asked how long it'd take them to update the delivery information after the shipper contacted them. 24 hours. How terrible is their own infrastructure that they can't reroute a package within he same small city in less than 24 hours.



TL; DR: FedEx provided an inaccurate delivery date. They offered zero solutions to reroute or pick-up the package and didn't even apologize for the incorrect delivery date. Terrible customer service.

But no, FedEx coded it ‘business closed’ and failed to deliver Saturday. Amazon called them to find out they never attempted delivery. Amazon refunded my money. Now I await an airplane part that should have arrived yesterday (Saturday), was in the distribution center 4:48PM Friday. The FedEx liars coded it ‘future delivery requested’ (the liars!) and did not deliver Saturday. I am complaining not only to FedEx but to the aircraft parts supplier. I spent A LOT of money shipping several boxes. Not only did the staff continually screw up my online, over the phone and in person pick up with my order pretty much EVERY TIME, but they also STOLE from me and refused to acknowledge this crime even happened. All they could do was say: "sorry your boxes got lost."

My boxes were CUT OPEN, STOLEN FROM, taped back up and delivered from My personal location A to my second personal location B EMPTY or nearly EMPTY. How does a delivery person drop off a box that is CLEARLY labeled "30 LBS" and "28LBS" and the weight is practically nothing at delivery????

My CANCER MEDICATION and other valuable personal items were stolen.

I am continually appalled by this company and this THEFT was the LAST STRAW.

I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN.

This was only the most recent thing that happened to me, after giving this absurd company multiple chances to redeem the quality of their service.

Also, last fall, they delivered an exercise bike I ordered online TO ANOTHER ADDRESS, when it was CLEARLY marked with my address and needed a signature upon delivery. They left it in an empty office with no one around.

MULTIPLE TIMES, Fedex would send me text or email claiming my packages were delivered, but they were NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. OR --- they would claim "Undeliverable" because no one was home or "business closed" when they were delivering TO MY HOME and when I was sitting by the door waiting for certain products.

FEDEX has let me down way too many times.

I finally bought a new chair after my current one has given me serious back problems. Said it will be here friday (today), and I'm happy it's shipped so fast. Well, that part doesn't even matter because the person who delivered didn't even ring our doorbell. So while I was busy, and others in the house were awake to sign it, they just left a f%@king note on the door.

Calling the nearest fedex I get transferred to their shipping, and have a whole runabout just trying to get them to hold the package. Nope, they insist on still delivering, and not until MONDAY because this is a FEDEX GROUND not HOME DELIVERY! But oh, they'll allow us an extra minute to get to the door. No they won't, now I get to sit for another weekend in back pain and I'll have to sit on the porch waiting for the damn delivery because that's the only way they'll be convinced that 'someone is home to sign'.

Had I known this would happen I would've just ordered it off a different site that doesn't use FEDEX as the delivery option.

While on vacation I received notice of a pending business merchandise delivery. I contacted FedEx Ground to ask about my options because I would miss the delivery. I was told there would be three attempts to deliver (they seem committed to the futility of failed deliveries), then my package would be held for five days during which I could pick it up. If not picked up within five days it would be sent back to the shipper. Since my plans had me back home the day after the third delivery attempt, I thought no problem, I'd get it the day after I returned. When I went to get my package two days after the last delivery attempt I was informed that it was returned to the shipper immediately after the last failed attempt. Telephone customer service couldn't comprehend my issue at the first two levels (English not being the preferred mode of communication). The third tier of management sensed my frustration at being lied to, inconvenienced, embarrassed to my inconvenienced customer, and FedEx's complete inability (or unwillingness) to re-route the package back to me. I had to wait for the sender to receive the return, then pay again to have the slovenly incompetents at FedEx repeat the entire delivery process. Those b|+

Hello ? Some people still work for a living, these days. So of course, I was not home. Just another night sleeping on the floor here waking up with back pain..no big deal.

So I call Fed Ex. I can barely understand and hear the customer no-service person on the other end of the line. He said I could just go to Fed Ex online and set up a delivery time and date. I better do that, since I am on strike one and on strike three of the "missed delivery" the package would be sent back to the company that shipped it and then that would open up a whole new level of nightmare to sort out. So no big deal, I hang up, thanking the rep. and go to turn on my PC and deal with this nonsense.

Nope. I guess he forgot to mention that I have to set up an account and then log in and then I could set up the time for delivery. Ummmm...I already paid for my bed part. The funds have been taken from my account. The company sent the package by Fed Ex. Fed Ex was supposed to deliver the package and they did. But oppps...no one was home , so they just left.

Of course, the Fed Ex rep online told me that the company that shipped the part required the signature. Nope. I called BS and then the company also and they said no, they did not require the signature. So the runaround continues.

Now, my head is hurting almost as bad as my back, and I have yet to still wake up from this nonsense. Thanks, Fed Ex. You delivered the package and so your job was done. You could have just left in on my porch like UPS has done for YEARS without a hitch, but nope. That would have been too easy. I continue to have packages go missing because FedEx drivers are allowed to make the decision about WHERE to leave my ordered items. FedEx drivers are choosing to drop my packages at my mailbox, one foot from the sidewalk. The PUBLIC SIDEWALK. They could choose to deliver to my front porch, 150-feet up my driveway. Instead, they leave valuable orders next to the PUBLIC SIDEWALK. Guess what? My orders keep vanishing!

FedEx service sucks. I asked FedEx to please notate on my file: "Please Deliver to Front Porch". Know what they said? "We don't do that unless you pay extra for a signature. All deliveries are at the discretion of the driver". What person of ordinary intelligence would leave a valuable item next to the public sidewalk??

I had a package coming in scheduled to arrive on the 7th. It made it to the local distribution center on the 2nd. I figured I'd get my package a couple days early and I was excited! The next morning they loaded it on the delivery truck and updated the status "Out for Delivery - Scheduled Delivery Day". Naturally I was confused.. why would it they put it on the truck just to not deliver it? My main issue though was that my ($2,150) package was heat sensitive and could become warped in Texas but hey what the f%@k do they care?

The package sat in the truck all on the 3rd and 4th and I figured I'll call FedEx to see if anything can be done. Rep tells me it'll take 48 hrs to process my request to have it removed from the truck? Package: f%@king one. Weight: f%@king three pounds. FedEx's Dumbf%@kery: Infinite.

I tell her go ahead anyway. Better late than never I guess. The 7th comes and goes, as does the 8th, and my package was never delivered nor removed from the truck and as such I'm f%@king livid. f%@k you FedEx. I call in again and f%@king Debra wants to give me attitude. f%@k you too Debs. I ask her to hold the damn package and I'll come pick it up my own damn self. I'm told it'll take 24 hrs to do that and since they close on Sundays, I can pick up my package Monday (11th) at the earliest. So when I tell Ol' Girl Debbie thats just un-f%@king-acceptable she informs me that I should be "reasonable" that delivery dates can't be guaranteed due to unforeseeable circumstances. Of course I'd understand that had the package not been loaded onto the truck 6 days ago and purposely not delivered by FedEx cause it would've been too early.

On Thursday, May 31, I was sent a PR package—and because the company is so great, they paid for next day delivery. The package was expected to arrive on Friday. Because this package requires my signature, I made arrangements to stay at home for the package. So, on Friday morning I checked the status of the order. The delivery date had been changed to Saturday, June 2 (today). That was a problem.

Today I had plans to attend a local festival with my sister and my niece. My car is currently being repaired, so I won't be able to send the package to a FedEx location for pick up. With little options available, I made the decision to NOT attend the festival and stay home to sign for the package. Stupid decision. By 5 p.m. the package still hadn't arrived, despite the status stating that it should arrive by the end of the day.

Three hours later, after FedEx STOPS delivering packages, it still hasn't arrived. I checked the status of the package and of course, now it says that scheduled delivery is pending and "No scheduled delivery date available at this time." I wasted my entire day waiting for this package so that I could sign for it and it never showed up.

I seriously can't adjust my schedule around a f%@king package that should have been here two days ago.

I happened to search "FedEx sucks" on Google after I figured out that my package has been delayed with no delivery date in sight...and here I am. I don't blame anyone personally—I know that shit happens...but I just had to vent. Thanks for listening.

Literally I watched as the guy on the truck just dropped a set of wheels out the
door onto the pavement and blamed it on the packaging and weight?
Whatever he just didn't care if they arrived safely or not.

Here is the latest example of their incompetence for simply a set of custom car floor mats.

Had a package being sent to me from TN to CA
It took only 2 days to get all the way across the country but has been in CA for a week.

Delivery was supposed to be Thursday (supposedly the truck broke down)
Changed it to Friday they NEVER EVEN TRIED to deliver and changed it to Monday.
Now it says Wednesday? Why?
So the shipment is being delayed by nearly a week and they WON'T let me pick it up locally.

After multiple calls to find out why it wasn't being delivered they said it will be investigated
and someone would call me with in two hours... no one has called.

At this point I suspect the package is damaged or missing and am simply being jerked around.

This is a signature required package so I made plans to be home all day. I watched two FraudEx delivery vehicles go down my street but no delivery for this guy! After I wait around all day for these clowns I check the tracking again and now it shows that scheduled delivery is 3 days later. It takes 4 days to deliver a package 40 miles away? I didn't have a choice of who the carrier was for this shipment otherwise I never use these FraudExperts. I refused to use this carrier years ago after they attempted to rip me off and triple over charge me for a package I shipped. They only gave me a refund after I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. How are these idiots still in business?

I checked the tracking number and saw a contact Fed Ex. Tried the chat line with a representative and supervisor that were of no help. Does anyone at that company monitor service anymore. I then called and received a bunch of apologies but no status and cant even tell me if package will be received next day. Waited till this evening 9:48 and got a representative with a spanish accent who i could not understand and told me package which was supposed to be traced since 3PM was still in memphis. OMG - are these people kidding?????????

So this nimrod tells me there is some secret login website that most techs don't even know and that is the only way to register a 'freight' account. HE stays on the line and I click every button he says (after I read what is on each screen because he 'really doesn't know what the next screen is'). He then starts raising his voice and saying that I am not listening to him, that I did something wrong and that I need to settle. First off, you do not make someone get transferred 6 flippjng times. You do not tell a customer that they just don't listen and can't follow directions. You hang up when they ask a question that you don't know? Such pieces of shiiiiiiiitttteee!!!! So, I bought a guitar on ebay. The guitar was in Evansville, IN and it's supoosed to ship outside of Nashville about an hour. It's only about a day's drive as it is, but I'm expecting it take a couple days for it to arrive. The shipper was on the ball, had it shipped out the same day I ordered (early morning). I get an email with tracking info (wednesday) and have had several issues with FedEx' display of incompetence before, so I decide to take a look at it; low and behold it says it's already in Nashville and set to be delivered the next day. It's spring time and hot and rainy (terrible for guitars), so I decide to take the day off from work to avoid either missing the delivery or having and expensive instrument sit on the stoop in the rainy 90° weather. I spend the day taking care of stuff around the house waiting for this guitar to arrive. Fedex usually comes by around eleven, so when two p.m. rolls around and I have to go pick up my kids from school I'm wondering wtf right? I check the tracking on my phone and it hasn't changed, still in Nashville, still supposed to be delivered that day. I call customer service and get some bullshit line about them having trouble with the site, it hasn't been updated. Umm, there was an "arrived at Nashville" update from the previous day, how does it take 24 hours to move a package about seventy miles? Even if it hasn't updated online, someone could probably have walked it here in that timeframe. Whatever, it'll be delivered Friday (thick indian accent), sorry. Just "sorry". The most insincere apology I have ever gotten. So, I'm thinking well shit, now I'm going to have to miss two days of work over this stupid incident. I check the tracking before I call my boss to say I can't make it, and now (still in Nashville) the delivery is updated to Monday! So, apparently it takes Fedex five days to move a package seventy miles. What a complete joke. No wonder Tom Hanks ended up stranded on that desert island with Wilson. Fedex is a bullshit company with poor service and awful customer service. I never have trouble like this with usps or ups. In future, I will be checking to ensure that FedEx is not used for shipping of my online purchases as a criteria for making the purchase. You are awful FedEx!

I'm an idiot. I have Amazon Prime and usually am pretty satisfied with their delivery systems. More times than not getting my item BEFORE the estimated delivery date. So I decide to purchase a brand new 55" 4k television from them because its $100 cheaper than the Best Buy that is literally 15 minutes away. So ASSUMING I would receive the TV through prime I happily make my purchase. I also purchase an Xbox One X to go with my new television. 2 days later an Amazon driver delivers my Xbox but my TV has yet to even ship. Then I get that horrendous email. You item has shipped.... with FedEx. With an estimated delivery date 5 f*cking days later. At this point Im committed so what can I do? So I watch my tracking number like a child counting days till xmas. day 1 multiple updates to the whereabouts. day 2 again multiple updates. Day 3.... 1 update and then nothing for over 24 hours. So I call on the day that THEIR system stated I should receive my package. I talk to a brain dead representative who claims that their "commitment date" is tomorrow and that I can't formally make any complaints until then. I state that all Im trying to do is get an idea as to when my package will be delivered. After all I dont want my brand new TV sitting on my front lawn for god knows how long. He just goes on and on about commitment date. So I ask why I haven't received any notifications or updates to the change of delivery date. "The commitment date is tomorrow", he replies. "I get that, but why did I not get an update? I have to receive the package and I work so I need to schedule to be there when its delivered" I say. "Yes, but the commitment date is tomorrow" he responds with and almost robotic tinge to his voice. Every question I ask is the same response. I hang up, rant to my girlfriend a bit and voila! 5 minutes later there is an update to the tracking notifications. In 36 hours they managed to move my package 2 hours away from the last tracking update. I literally could have drove down there and back 3 times in the time it took them to move my package 100 miles. Needless to say, I will avoid FedEx at all cost henceforth. And my only hope is that Amazon puts them down like they're doing with the USPS. Beware people, I think FedEx employees have been over taken by body snatchers.

Package shipped over a week ago. Was to be delivered Friday 5/11/18. Digital signature was not an option so I changed to have the package delivered to a drop off station near my house. Friday rolls around, package is attempted for delivery as my residential address as I instructed it not to be! I call FedEx and they assure me it will be delivered to the drop off station by 5 o'clock and I will receive a call from the driver. Fine. 5 o'clock comes and no call or delivery confirmation. I call the drop-off location and no package received! I call FedEx back (mind you each calls takes about 5 minutes to get a real person thanks to their unintelligent automated system) and receive an apologetic representative who assures me that a reattempt for delivery will be made at my residential address paired with a phone call from my driver within the hour. An hour comes and goes - still no call or package. I call FedEx back and get likely the rudest service rep I have ever spoken to. She tells me that ground shipping doesn't have the luxury of reattempt and is belittling me for thinking that. Tells me I heard the last rep wrong and I would have never been promised it. I end up having to hang up on her and I never hang up on anyone.

I call Fedex back again and get a more helpful woman. She tells me that she has looked into the case and will see what she can do. She says that I will not have it today but if they can have a chance to try and rectify the situation they will have it delivered to the drop off location Saturday, May 12. Fine. May 12th rolls around, 2pm - no drop off. 5pm - no drop off. I call Fedex and get put on hold while the rep reviews my case. 23 minutes later he comes back and apologizes for the inconvenience I have so far experienced. He tells me that there will be a reattempt at my residential address again that day since it is on a truck. He then mumbles something else that I can't interpret due to his thick accent. I ask him to repeat himself 3x, of which he finally replies and says I need to adjust my microphone. 15 minutes of silence - followed by being put back on hold and transferred to a new representative who asks for my tracking ID!! I ask to speak to a supervisor - speak with the supervisor who was about as much help as a rock in my shoe. He tells me there is nothing they can do and my package never left the location. I reply "why does your website say that it is on a truck and out for delivery?". He says that it was loaded on a truck that never left the warehouse and will not be leaving until Monday, 5/14.

How a company that employs people who have no idea what is going on stays functional is beyond me. I have never received so much false information from a company, especially when they're trying to correct their own shortcomings. How FedEx is still relevant in today's shipping industry is beyond me. /rant

Now I’m sitting here waiting for 100 flower bulbs to arrive and it’s been a week! I checked out on the map where they are shipped from and I could drive there in 3 hours! But FedEx, the lazy jerks, they have let it sit in the same city for 4 days. These bulbs are in a packing medium and kinda damp. I certainly hope they don’t arrive molded.

Used them 3 times over the past year. All 3 had an issue. First package was bounced back and forth between Baltimore and West Virginia instead of coming to my home in Baltimore. This particular package was something I ordered to help me with my anxiety/Tourette's, so sitting and waiting for it was extra fun. Second one was coming in from overseas. Got held up at customs and then sat in a warehouse in Memphis because FedEx lost some paperwork. During this time, at the behest of the FedEx customer service, I contacted the vendor and asked them to resend said paperwork. They did. More than once. FedEx then claimed they never received said paperwork. The vendor said "f%@k it" and recreated my order at no extra cost to me, sending it via UPS, and it arrived promptly. Like 3 months later the original package shows up at my door. And now, the 3rd one. Scheduled for delivery on Wednesday. It's Friday and still hasn't arrived. It has been "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" 3 days in a row now, and not arrived. With an added bonus of Thursday ending with the tracking saying "Delivery Exception Future Delivery Requested". I made no such request. I sent 2 emails about this over the past 24 hours, to which there has been zero response. I try the online chat help thing, got no answers there. I call customer service, they tell me some bullshit about inventory, and refuse to explain to me what inventory has to do with my package being delayed, just a bunch of talking in circles and bullshit low-man-on-the-totem-pole corporate double-speak. I was "assured" it WILL be delivered today. We'll see about that, I'm not holding my breath.

FedEx left a random package on my porch that looked as if someone had ripped my shipping label off of the package I was supposed to get and crudely taped it to this box. The very next day FedEx dropped off a crumpled-up, smashed, and well abused package onto my driveway. It was a basketball goal when it left Academy, now its a pile of broken parts in something that once was a cardboard container. I'm sure someone at FedEx is enjoying my original purchase and I'm sure I' not enjoying the box a paper bags destined for an adult toy store that they exchanged for it. I'm sure FedEx feels good about being paid to ship for Academy and I'm sure my children are upset that they aren't getting their basketball goal this weekend. I spoke to Academy as well. I told them I would accept a replacement if they will ship with someone other than FedEx. They will not. So, Academy has lost this customer, too.

Paid extra for the "Deliver to a different address" option because it was Direct Signature only and it's easier to do that at work. Little did I know, that was "restricted by the sender" and prompted them to, instead of delivering it to me less than 20 miles away from the packages location at the time, return to sender across the country. Customer service confirmed that the restriction information was only visible on their end, and then said there was nothing they could do, and it was my problem, not theirs. I had an overnight package that was scheduled to be delivered but then the status was updated to say "Customer not available or business closed". My wife and I were home all day and we have cameras in front of home. No FedEx truck came to our home or went down our street. I then received the excuse that maybe this drive didn't know the area...well, all GPS's point to the right address. Do they not use mapping or current technology?

FedHex dropped off another delivery and left the tires setting there. Got another delivery today, posted a 2'x 2' sign with an arrow pointing at the tires. Left them again. Called the local office and it seems they cannot and will not pick up any items without a pick-up order. Lamest f'n company ever! We live in the woods so a trip to town to drop off a set of tires is going to take an hour-and-a-half. Or, pay for the pick-up order.

I check the tracking and the time is gone and it's still sitting in TN. I call and i'm told they'll trace the package and call me back within 1-2 hours. no one calls me. I call back and i'm transferred to the trace department. I'm told there was a mix up in the sorting process. She finally admits someone screwed up and I ask to speak to a manager explaining that this package is needed for a project i'm working on for a client and they could potentially end up costing me a lot of money if my client isn't happy. There's only one manager working and she's busy, but she can call me back within the hour. . Come Sunday still no call. f%@k me right? They don't give a shit about their customers or the effect their f%@k ups have on people.

This is not my first post here. I have had many other issues that I have not posted between then and now. This time I ordered time sensitive food products from Amazon Prime on a Thursday. And this time I am sure Amazon used FedEx in order to get it to me Saturday rather than Monday. It arrived at my local FedEx distribution hub 8:20pm Friday. Saturday has come and gone, and the food sits and deteriorates in the FedEx hub over the weekend, possibly in a hot sun-drenched hot truck. I should never order from Amazon Prime on Thursdays or Fridays because they might use FedEx (and I have found no way to tell Amazon to avoid FedEx). My FedEx hub is in Hagerstown, MD, with me being about 37 miles north in PA. When I call, as I frequently must do to shake a package loose to make the delivery happen, FedEx tells me that:
1. They don't always have a truck coming up my way.
2. We don't clear snow on PA streets, so they wait for it to melt (I once had an almost 2 week wait where they kept trying to get me to drive down to get my package).
3. They sometimes wait until they get a full load before driving way up to here.

Is this real? How in the world can they remain in business? Why is it nobody can shut them down or make them fix the problems? They are not a real delivery company. Is there no way to instruct Amazon (Prime) that FedEx does not want to deliver to me (and some others). I assume for some customers their local FedEx might be just fine (maybe). But not for me.

Package needed signature and was supposed to be delivered Monday; so I worked from home and canceled a few meetings. Package never comes, on to Tuesday.

Tuesday I again work from home and blow off a few more meetings. I get a message saying they attempted to deliver but no one was home (BS!). I contact customer support and I found out they attempted to deliver the package to the wrong door of my apartment (even though the delivery address makes it clear with apartment/door). They said they will make sure this time it goes to the right place. On to Wednesday (today).

Wednesday, I work from home again, boss is asking if I'll ever be back in the office. This time I make sure I am working near the door so I can listen for a knock/the door bell. Around 12pm I hear slamming on the next door neighbor's door. I look to see who it is and it the Fedex guy with my package.

The box has the correct address and everything from customer support to the delivery guy are incompetent.

No shit Sherlock, but where did he deliver it, since was not on my porch and video did not show driver or anyone coming in yard. The neighbor had already brought me both packages that evening, but FedEx couldn’t be bothered to even figure out their mistake. It’s a repeated problem. They have no real liability and seem to think they’re doing a good job if packages are delivered in the general neighborhood. When I reported these two, they actually asked me if I had checked with neighbors or any similar addresses in town. Shouldn’t that be their job. Why anyone ships with this incompetent shipper is beyond me.

So FedEx decided to drive it ONLY based on the zip code destination, but couldn't do it, since I'm not there. He then decides to drive it somewhere else in California. I checked the website. ... it gets worse.

I called the FedEx customer service and asked them to change the zip code, they refused. I told him all the driver had to do was start entering my address on his phone, and he would see the real zip code. He said that's not possible. I then told him that FedEx makes UPS look like gods.

I had to go pick up my package at their warehouse, since the low IQ customer rep said they would send it back to sender. "I'm right here, idiots!!!"

My package was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of this month, and after e-mailing the business I purchased from, they contacted Fedex about the issue. Fedex claimed for 7 days straight that no one was home to deliver the package when there are two unemployed adults and multiple children home on spring break the whole week. There is literally always one person available 24/7 at that address.

I figured these Fedex idiots refuse to "waste" their time getting into gated communities and they have the decision to simply not do their job whenever they want and lie about being somewhere they weren't. Uhh, it's your JOB to deliver to everyone?? How is no employee getting held accountable and getting paid for not doing their job? Why are there so many people complaining about this but nothing is happening? How can we get Fedex to crash and burn?

They have 6 trucks broken down. FedEx is a multibillion dollar company and they don't have trucks? Isn't that sort of the most important thing to have when you are a delivery service? They leave my package in the rain. They leave the heavy packages down in the driveway and bring the small light ones up to the porch. Had to have the local police come out to bring my packages in for me - I am a senior and can't carry much anymore. The delivery guys know that - they don't care - still leave the heavy packages in the driveway. The delivery guy is a dirty mess - covered in dirt from head to toe - and so are my packages. Can't even put them on the floor in the house they are so dirty. Why don't they clean out their trucks once in a while? UPS is the BEST - clean trucks,clean uniforms, cheerful polite delivery men. In the past I have always liked FedEx over UPS and certainly over the USPS. FedEx even delivers on Saturdays in my area. BUT now comes Smart Post, an oxymoron if ever I heard of one. I want FedEx because they deliver to my house. SmartPost delivers to USPS and large packages come to the local post office and I have to go pick them up because they won't fit in my mailbox. Our mail man, big fat fart, will not bring the package to the cluster boxes because he knows it won't fit and just leaves a note to pick it up at the post office 15 mile round trip. So I pay for FedEx and don't get FedEx service. Check this out:

I now have to travel to the terminal in another town or have the item left at the local drug store, Yes, you got that right, leaving sensitive electrical equipment at the national chain drugstore. You have got to be kidding!!!
Oh, forgot they posted the usual tripe, left call tag, time and date. This is the fourth time in the last 6 months this has happened. It's not me, I don't use Fedex, it's my vendors. I hate to say it but I may have to change who I deal with based on the poor service from Fedex!!!

The contents are OTF or out the front knives, which are 100% legal in AZ. I will never see them. They are already distributed to the Customs workers.

Had a package that originally showed delivery for 3/23/2018 by end of day. Well that day came and went with no delivery so I thought maybe I'll get it on 3/24/2018. Although the package arrived at my local FedEx facility early enough to be put on a truck and delivered today, nope it wasn't. Now it shows delivery for 3/27/2018 end of day. So a package can make it all the way from GA to TX in 2 days yet it'll take 3 additional days for it to go another 25 miles. Yeah, thanks FedEx you suck!

I waited at home all day Saturday for a package that was "out for delivery". At 3 I checked and saw that "Delivery failed, customer not home". I know for a fact that nobody rang the bell or knocked on the door. The driver didn't even leave a notice on the door.

I get notified that my package is at a carrier facility an hour away, and yet it stays there without explanation for over 48 hours. When it notifies me that it out for delivery, I am still here...

Well here we go again with the "weather delay" when the roads are just fine after the Wednesday snow here in Barto PA....and the parcel was there at the Bethlehem PA hub in plenty of time to go out for delivery today...I think ,but I'm not really sure,that the management does this, the drivers that deliver to us are pretty cool...but overall fedex pretty much stinks with the lame excuses of Weather when it's obvious that is a lie...to save money somehow I'm sure, at the customers expense...Fedex certainly sucks in my book,big time.............

Does FedEx have the lamest, least-friendly, and most obscure computer system in business? Seems they can’t provide realistic delivery ranges for their customers. It snows in New York and their friggin world shuts down! My pkg was listed as “out for delivery” all day yesterday until 9:45PM when they finally admit it was “delayed”. And boy....you better stay at home to provide a “required signature” or it goes back to their local depot 50 miles away! Now, a day later, still waiting and again “out for delivery by END OF THE DAY whatever that means. One would think a multi-billion$$ corporation would be able to program computers to spew relatively accurate estimates on deliveries that take into account weather delays so recipients wont have to park by their doors for 48 straight hours! FEDEX SUCKS BIG TIME.

My package is still sitting in Mt Juliet, Tenn after 4 days with Fedex changing their story every day as to why it hasn't been delivered. Now the excuse is weather delay. LOL the snow was 3 days...

My package is still sitting in Mt Juliet, Tenn after 4 days with Fedex changing their story every day as to why it hasn't been delivered. Now the excuse is weather delay. LOL the snow was 3 days ago and I received everything I ordered thru the USPS and UPS already with no issues except a day late by the USPS. They just lie to you to get you off the phone or chat. FEDEX SUCKS will try to never use them again.

filled out form to have them deliver to my local fedex place instead of my house because i am working. They send million emails confirming it. Then they come to my house, and leave note saying i wasn't home, and then they don't drop it off at location for me to pick up. They will try to deliver again tomorrow, while i am once again at work. how can i get them to leave at fedex drop off pick up place as confirmed?!!!!
